Haringey Families stores your contact details and the other information collected
in the membership application form in a database. You can view your own information
via the 'Your Profile' page in the Members' area of the website.
We use this information only for purposes connected with your membership - sending
the newsletter, email notifications, responding to your indications of interest
in particular activities - and for profiling the membership in general, in order
to better target our activities. We will not pass your information to third parties.
Our membership database is protected. Access is restricted by password. You may
view and maintain your own information via the website, but only you and and designated
Committee Members of Haringey Families (for example the Membership Secretary) can
view your information.
Please keep your password secret, change it promptly on receiving a new password
by email from us, and log out from this website when not using it. Certain parts
of the website allow members to enter text that is visible to others. Please do
not enter information or content in these areas which allows you to be
identified or contacted.
If at any point you would like to terminate your membership and be removed from
the database, please contact membership@haringeyfamilies.co.uk
stating so, and remember to include your name.
